Parent Involvement

Blessed Sacrament welcomes and encourages parental participation in every aspect of our students’ education. Back-to-School Open House provide parents the opportunity to tour the school and individual classrooms, become acquainted with the faculty, meet other school families and ask questions about school policies and procedures.

Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled twice per school year. Teachers are available for additional conferences upon request.

Blessed Sacrament relies on the enthusiasm, talent and experience of our parents. Parents are strongly encouraged to join our PTO, a vital support organization for the school, and to attend the twice per school year meetings.

Each family with a student enrolled at Blessed Sacrament School is also required to volunteer 15 stewardship hours per year. Hours are met through School Service or through volunteering for Parish and School functions. Stewardship Report forms are available in the Church and School Literature Racks. Stewardship examples include: supervising lunch or recess, selling concessions as games, being a PTO officer, working at Fest Quest, or volunteering at the library.
