This position, beginning as soon as available, would entail the following:

• Manage the front office with visitors, sign-ins, phone calls, students, surveillance, etc.
• Communicate with parents/guardians/staff
• Organize and secure substitute teachers
• Manage billing and bookkeeping
• Administrate the Student Information System (PowerSchool) and student records

Extended Care Director – Blessed Sacrament

This position beginning in the summer of 2025 would entail leading the Extended Care Program, which includes but not be limited to hiring workers, program paperwork and licensing, finding substitutes, and handling any issues that would arise. The program is in the morning (7am-7:50am) and afternoon (3:10pm-5:45pm). Being present during extended care hours is not required of the director. Staring for the 2025-2026 school year, this position involves teaching physical education to grades Pre-k through eight and leading our sports program. Art/Computer Long-Term Sub – Blessed Sacrament School

Blessed Sacrament is looking for a long-term sub for our Computer (K-8) and Art (PK-8) specialty classes for the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year. Our Computer/Art teacher is due to have a baby at the beginning of September. This position would take over her classes for about 7 weeks after she has her baby. The teacher on leave would provide lesson plans, but being a long-term sub position, there will be grading and planning/prep involved. Our teacher would meet to go over plans, norms, and expectations over the summer. The average class size is 15 students, and there is one section per grade. Student teachers would also be welcomed.
